I am a 68 year old gay man who had a partner for 42 years until his death in 2006. We both served honorably in the military in the 50s and 60s. The DADT policy is absurd and damaging to our national security and to gay and lesbian families. We absolutely must fight this policy with everything we have until it is repealed. Winston Atlanta
